By downloading, installing, or using the Flagler Garage Sale Finder mobile app or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flagler Garage Sale Finder is a community platform that helps users discover and post garage sales in Flagler County, Florida, including Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, and Bunnell. The Service includes a map, calendar, listing tools, and optional in-app purchases.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and posting listings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions, etc.).
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or is reported as inappropriate.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent sale listings
• Use the Service to sell prohibited or illegal items
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Circumvent any security or access controls

6. In-App Purchases

The Service offers an optional ad-free upgrade as a one-time in-app purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. We do not process payments directly.

7. Advertising

The free version of the Service displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and may be personalized based on your device settings and preferences. You may remove ads by purchasing the ad-free upgrade.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-posted listings. We are not a party to any transactions between buyers and sellers and assume no liability for items listed, sold, or purchased through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flagler Garage Sale Finder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal injury resulting from garage sale transactions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
